Stop procrastinating about end-of-life-planning!

Pretty much what it sounds like. What’s stopping you from creating your end-of-life plan? In this workshop we’ll start to identify your planning priorities, figure out what’s stopping you from acting, and then finding ways to move past blocks and get inspired to act.

Conscious Health, Personal Care, and Final Wishes

In this workshop, we’ll talk about how past experiences with death and dying have shaped your own end-of-life plans. We’ll dig into what’s most important to you about your health and personal care wishes, like how and where you want to spend your last years. And you’ll start thinking about choosing a health care proxy and other decisions about your health care.

Writing your Heart Will ™ as a Manifesto for Living

Your Heart Will ™ is a tool to help you reflect on your life and create messages for those you love. It’s sometimes called a Legacy Letter; you can give it to specified people now, at the end of your life, or have it shared at your funeral, memorial service, or other ritual.

Values, Wishes, and Who and What Matter Most

Along with the holistic workbook Seven Tools for Making Sense of Life and Death, this workshop will help you articulate your core values and how they affect your living and dying. You’ll connect with your current hopes and fears around death, and get clearer on who and what matter most.

The 5-Minute Legacy Love Letter

Using six prompts, you’ll write at least one lasting message to an important person in your life. You’ll have time to reflect on and connect to that relationship and discover how it can affect the relationship in the present. This powerful tool can also be used to assist others who may be experiencing loss.

Remembering and Being Remembered

In this workshop we’ll delve into the heart of why you remember people in your life who have died and explore what it is about being remembered that matters to you. From there, we’ll consider the impact you may have on others when you die. We’ll also be considering how to individually and uniquely honor the memory of your loved one who has died.

Nine Things to Include in Your Departure Directions ™

A highly practical workshop where we discuss your written guidelines for how you wish to be cared for and remembered after you die. Completing – or even starting – your Departure Directions ™ can give you peace of mind knowing your final wishes will be honored by the people you leave behind.

Beyond Burial: An Eco-friendly Approach to Body Disposition

If you’re interested in how to minimize your impact on the earth, this workshop is for you. We’ll take a look at different ways to dispose of our bodies after death, including green burials and human composting. Benefits, drawbacks, and legal issues will be discussed, along with time to explore our own personal values around death.
